Is Rapcio free?
Yes. Downloading Rapcio, following players and clubs, watching, finding games and earning tokens are free. You only pay for match tickets that clubs and organisers sell, at the price they set.
How does a player get verified?
A player creates a profile and sends proof such as an ID or school document and a photo. The Rapcio team checks it and marks the profile verified. Each verified player gets a QR code that clubs and scouts can scan to see the profile.
Is Rapcio safe for players under 18?
A parent or guardian must approve a child's profile and choose what can be shared. Scouts must be verified before they can contact anyone, and messages about a child go to their guardian.
How do I buy a match ticket?
Open the game in Rapcio, choose a ticket and pay with mobile money or a card. The ticket is a QR code saved in the app, so it opens at the gate even without internet.
Which sports does Rapcio cover?
Rapcio starts with football. Pitches, courts, stadiums and playgrounds for other sports already appear in Places, and more sports will follow.
How can a club or academy join?
Create your organisation in the app and send its details for verification. Once verified, you can add your team, publish games and trials, sell tickets and reward your fans.
